Setup typically takes a few days (upload path) to about a week (live connection) — your trial starts once your dashboard is fully live, not before.
$2,500 per boiler, covering the engineering time to install and configure your read-only edge collector. Charged when your trial starts. Non-refundable, including if you cancel after the trial period ends.
Monthly plans require a 3-month minimum commitment starting once your trial ends and billing begins.
Your 2nd and additional boilers are discounted 10% off the per-boiler rate. Choosing annual billing takes a further 15% off your total, billed as a single upfront payment for the year.
Your card is required to start the trial but is not charged the subscription fee until day 8, unless you cancel first. The setup fee is charged separately, at the start of your trial.
